If you want to configure product via ESMC, you'll need to overwrite new Configuration Support Module over existing one in ESMC.

• Stop ESMC service
• copy \Configuration Support Module 1740.3\em039_64.dat or \Configuration Support Module 1740.3\em039_32.dat to c:\ProgramData\ESET\RemoteAdministrator\Server\EraServerApplicationData\Modules\ or /var/opt/eset/RemoteAdministrator/Server/Modules/ depending on platform (Windows vs. Linux, x86 vs. x64)
• [optional] In case ESMC runs on SELinux enabled Linux, execute command /sbin/restorecon -F -R -v /var/opt/eset/RemoteAdministrator/Server/
• Run ESMC service
